You may request a return or exchange if the item is:

The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all
accessories and labels.

You may request a return within 7–30 days from the date you received your order.​
After this period, returns may not be accepted.

In some cases, we may ask for a photo or video of the product.

●​ If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged, defective), we cover the
return shipping cost.​
●​ If the return is due to change of mind, the customer may need to cover the shipping

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.​
Refund time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment method.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout (credit card,
